Fresh Vegetable Saute

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 3 Medium Shallots -- sliced
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- sliced
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Shrimp Paste
  • 1/2 Cup Corn
  • 1 Cup Bean Sprouts
  • 1 Cup Cabbage -- shredded
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Medium Tomato -- chopped
  • 1 Teaspoon Tamarind -- dissolved in
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
  • 1/3 Cup Water
Directions
  1. Heat oll in skillet stir fry shalots, garlic, shrimp paste, corn, sprotus and cabbage 2 minutes.
  2. Add salt, sugar, and stir fry 2 minutes.
  3. Add remainign ingredients and fry 3 minutes.
  4. Serve over rice.
