Satay Babi Pedis
Ingredients
- 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
- 1 Pound Pork -- cubed
- 3 Large Shallot -- sliced
- 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 Inch Ginger Root -- finely chopped
- 2 Teaspoons Kecap Manis
- Mix juice with pork and let stand for 30 minutes.
- In food processor, blend shallots, flakes, salt, ginger and kecap manis to form a paste.
- Mix the paste with the pork and let stand for 1 hour.
- Put 4 cubes of pork on each skewer and grill over hot coals or under a broiler for 10 minutes.
- Serve.
