Satay Babi Pedis

Ingredients

  • 1 Tablespoon Lime Juice
  • 1 Pound Pork -- cubed
  • 3 Large Shallot -- sliced
  • 1 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 Inch Ginger Root -- finely chopped
  • 2 Teaspoons Kecap Manis
Directions
  1. Mix juice with pork and let stand for 30 minutes.
  2. In food processor, blend shallots, flakes, salt, ginger and kecap manis to form a paste.
  3. Mix the paste with the pork and let stand for 1 hour.
  4. Put 4 cubes of pork on each skewer and grill over hot coals or under a broiler for 10 minutes.
  5. Serve.
