Island Peanut Sauce

Ingredients

• 1/2 Cup Chicken Stock
• 1/4 Cup Peanut Butter
• 1/4 Teaspoon Garlic -- finely chopped
• 1/4 Teaspoon Ginger -- grated
• 2 Medium Green Onion -- chopped
• 2 Teaspoons Brown Sugar
• 2 Teaspoons Soy Sauce
• 2 Teaspoons Cider Vinegar
• Dash Tabasco Sauce

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in saucepan, heat on low until mixture boils stirring constantly.
2. Add more water in necessary.
   
3. May be made ahead and microwaved when needed.
