Sambal Lumpia

Ingredients

  • 1 Teaspoon Corn Oil
  • 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Root -- finely chopped
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
  • 2 Tablespoons Water
Directions
  1. Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
  3. Strain sauce through sieve or cheesecloth.
  4. Discard solids and serve.
