Sambal Lumpia
Ingredients
- 1 Teaspoon Corn Oil
- 1 Clove Garlic -- finely chopped
- 1/2 Teaspoon Ginger Root -- finely chopped
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1/4 Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes
- 1/2 Teaspoon Soy Sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Water
- Heat oil in skillet, add garlic and ginger and stir fry for 1 minute.
- Add remaining ingredients and fry for 2 minutes.
- Strain sauce through sieve or cheesecloth.
- Discard solids and serve.
